This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer . However, it is primarily written to protect the health and well being of the puppy.

BY PLACING A DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY YOU ARE AGREEING IN FULL TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT
We require a $500 deposit to hold a puppy for you and/or be placed on the waiting list. We offer ZELLE, SQUARE AND VENMO . You are responsibe for any fees. Deposit is non refundable, it may be moved to a future litter. The deposit is non refundable unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case the buyer will have their choice of a rull refund or of transfering the deposit toward another puppy as soon as one is available. Puppies are $2800. When picking up in person remainder due must be in cash. If you prefer to pay by a different method then remainder due must be paid at least 4 days prior to pick up to allow for payment to process. If shipping is requested then full payment plus shipping cost is to be paid in full when puppy is 6 weeks old.
There is a $75 per week fee if we keep your puppy past 8 weeks old. If you need your puppy to stay past 8 weeks old arrangements must be made in advance.

We have microchipped your puppy. Please register the microchip.
Selle agrees puppy is in good physical condition at time of sale. If at your first vet visit, dated within 3 buisness days of recieving your puppy, your vet finds something severly wrong with the puppy that breeders vet missed you may return the puppy, must be returned within 48 hours of said vet exam, for a full refund of purchase price or exchange for a replacement puppy when available. Replacement puppy is at Seller's discretion. ( Puppy must not have been taken to any public area other than the vet. Please do not expose your puppy to any unvacinated dogs untill said puppy has completed the entire vacination scheduel, usually at 15 weeks. After this date guarantee is only for life threatening genetic defects till two years of age. If your puppy has a life threatening genetic defect prior to 2 years of age we will exchange your dog for another puppy when you are ready and one is available. Seller's vet is the person who determins what will considered a life threatening illness and severity of. Any treatment authorized by Buyer is at Buyer's expense. Seller will not be held respnsible for any expenses incured. Puppies microchip # must be on all vet records and submitted to Seller's vet for review. Any and all transportation cost is at Buyer's expense. Parvo is covered for the first 7 days from time puppy left Breeder. If puppy dies of parvo Seller will be refunded price of puppy only. Breeder will not send a puppy into a home where a puppy has had Parvo. Must have necropsy to determine cause of death. All cost incured from any and all testing is at Buyer's expense.
You must contact us if said puppy/dog is to be rehomed. If one needs rehoming he/she must be retured to Breeder. We never want one of ours to end up in a shelter or unsutable home. If said dog requires training to be rehomed we will provide all training to ensure a safe rehoming.
We do not cover for size, temperment or ability to breed. We do not cover for non life threatening issues such as undescended testice, low grade joint luxation, small imperfect bite, low grade heart murmer or other non life threatening health problems. The Breeder is not responsible if puppy develops hypoglycemia after puppy is in Buyer's possession.
We do not guarantee saftey of puppy in transport. Transport options , such as air-cargo, ground transport etc. are Buyer's choice and is at Buyer's expense . You can pick your puppy in person up by appointment.
Breeder assumes no responsibilty for training difficulties or behavior problems. Buyer is responsible for being informed about the breed and to provide age approptiate training.
A bill of sale will be provided.
I am always avaible before and after you bring your puppy home to help answer questions, provide information reguarding feeding, health, assistance with training, grooming etc. We have years of training experience and with the breed. Please use that to your advantage.
Buyer is responsible for providing age appropriate vaccinations. Buyer is responsible for providing a safe home, appropriate daily exercise and quality food.
Puppies are sold with limited AKC registration, ( they are AKC registered but no breeding rights.)
Full registration to approved homes only. Full registration is $4000.
