This contract is written for the protection of both the breeder and the buyer . However, it is primarily written to protect the health and well being of the puppy.

.PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT IN FULL BEFORE PUTTING DOWN A DEPOSIT.......!!!!
By putting down a deposit on a puppy you are agreeing in full to the terms and conditions within this contract. We require a $500 deposit to hold a puppy for you. DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE, IT MAY BE MOVED TO A FUTURE LITTER. This deposit is non refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your puppy. In that case the buyer will have their choice of a full refund or of transfering the deposit toward another puppy .
Puppies are $2800. Seller agrees puppy is in good physical condition at time of sale. If at your first vet visit, dated 3 buisness days of recieving your puppy, your vet finds something severly wrong with the puppy that breeder's vet missed you may return the puppy withing 3 buisness days for a refund of purchase price or replacement puppy. "at Seller's discretion"(PUPPY MUST NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO ANY PUBLIC AREA OTHER THAN THE VET). Please do not expose your puppy to any unvaccinated dogs till puppy has completed the entire vaccination schedule around 15-20 weeks. After this date guarantee is only for life threatening genetice defects till one year of age. If your puppy has a life threatening genetic defect before it turns a year of age we will give you another puppy when you are ready and when one is available . Seller's vet is the person who determins what will be considered a life threatening illness and severity of . Any treatment authorized by buyer is at buyer''s expense. Seller will not be held responsible for any expenses incured. Puppies microchip# must be on all vet records and submitted to Seller's vet for review. Any and all transportation cost is at Buyer's expense. Parvo is coverd for the first 7 days after transfer to new owner. if puppy dies of parvo Buyer will get cost of puppy back only, no reimbersement for vet bills. We will not send a puppy into a home where a puppy has had parvo. Must have necropsy to determine cause of death. All testing is at buyers expense.
If ever Buyer must rehome this pet buyer is to return dog to breeder if a suitable home is not available. You must contact us before rehoming We never want one of our dogs to end up in a shelter. We do not cover for color, size, temperment. We do not cover non life threatening issues such as undescended testicle, low grade joint luxation, small imperfect bite, low grade heart murmmer or other non life threating health issues. The Breeder is not responsble if puppy develops hypoglycemia after puppy is in new owners possession .
We do no guarantee safety of puppy in transport. Transport option, such as groung transport or air-cargo is choice of Buyer and is Buyer's responsiblity . You can pick your puppy up in person by appointment. Breeder assumes no responibility for training difficulties or behavior problems, Buyer is responsible for being informed about the breed and to provide age appropriate training.
I am ALWAYS availble before or after you bring your puppy home to help answer questions, We have years of training experience and experience with this breed. Please use that to your advantage.
